Dave is a Belonger-Societal who spent 21 years in the IT industry, and the last 13 years of those at the management level. He was looking for an opportunity to eliminate his daily commute, connect with his community, and to take control. He was attracted to WSI’s earning potential, ongoing support, and WSI’s reputation as the market leader.

Career change is an uncomfortable and very unsettling period in one’s life.  Working with the WSI team throughout the evaluation process we found ourselves growing in confidence about the impending live-changing decision we were contemplating.   Meeting in person at the Toronto Home Office with the quick start coaches who would be helping me transition into my new business, the marketing team who provides new franchisees with a full marketing plan and materials to be successful, the training manager who will educate me on all aspects of my new business, was all very reassuring that WSI was an organization we could trust.  It had become clear and obvious that WSI was right for us, but were we right for WSI?  The tipping point for us occurred during a very open discussion with the WSI Co-Founder where we learned that WSI also believed we had the right stuff to be successful with WSI.  Cathy and I are very excited about this opportunity!– David Scott
