Thomas Petty has been a Certified Internet Consultant with WSI since 2005. He retired from a 21-year Information Technology career at a Fortune 100 company to start his own consulting business, WSI Smart Solutions, in Livermore, California, near San Francisco. He is a search engine expert, and works with his clients to get them listed at the top of the search engines through SEO, social media and other techniques. Petty is only one of about 2900 HFI-Certified Usability Analyst™ professionals in the world, having been trained through Human Factors International. He is also a Certified Search Engine Trainer through the Search Engine Academy, and teaches search engine optimization workshops and classes through the Bay Area Search Engine Academy. He is a member of the Board of Directors with the Livermore Chamber of Commerce, and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Northern California Blood Services Region.
